Good customer service is rare these days. Great is almost unheard of. What these guys provided was impeccable. So few company staff members, much less will ownership of the company, go above and beyond for their customers. We used Mocean Flooring to replace all of the carpet in our home. They initially replaced the living and family rooms with engineered wood flooring, then the stairs, upstairs, and downstairs bedroom. Unlike big box stores, their installation methods are of higher quality. They don't leverage transition pieces and cuts at every doorway for convenience. They will also remove baseboards instead of having to use quarter round to hide the edges. All while being very competitively priced. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and customer service is unparalleled.
